Returns and Cancellations

Customer satisfaction is important to AE Clean. We strive to deliver quality products and reliable service with every order.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Customers may request a return if they receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products showing signs of use may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

After the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

AE Clean reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
